| Cancellation policy and refunds given

according to the following schedule for any reason: |
- Notification of at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled seminar: full refund minus a $75 office fee.
- Notification between 1 to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled seminar: full refund minus a $150 office fee.
- Notification of less than 1 week prior to the scheduled seminar: no refund will be given.

If you cannot attend, someone else at your facility may take your place as long as Robin Guy Consulting, LLC is notified in advance. Robin Guy Consulting, LLC reserves the right to cancel any seminar not meeting minimum enrollment one week before the scheduled start date (full refunds on tuition will be given if Robin Guy Consulting, LLC cancels the seminar).
